Common Symptoms of an Allergic Reaction - Although allergies can mimic almost any illness, the following are common indicators:

- Sudden drop of energy
- Increasing heart rate
- Breaking out in sweat without obvious cause
- Runny nose, sneezing
- Swelling of body and fluid retention
- Irritability Confusion
- Pain of unknown origin
- Asthma or shortness of breath
- Mental and emotional disturbances of all types including depression, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, among others
- Craving of a particular substance which when ingested makes one feel better.
- Unexplained and unreasonable hunger after eating, despite the quantity of food eaten
