Gluten-Free (GF) Flour - This is our primary flour. It works well in most recipes as a substitute for all-purpose flour. 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup potato flour, 1/3 cup tapioca flour mixed together and stored in an air tight container. Other gluten-free al purpose flours * add1
teaspoon xanthan gum to GF Flour (above). We do not recommend soy products. If you prefer to use soy flour, look for debittered soya flour. It has a milder flavor. Plain full fat soy flour has a noticeable strong a flavor. Gluten-free self-raising flour - Mix well and keep in an airtight
container. Gluten-free baking powder - Mix well and keep in an airtight container. 1/4 cup bicarbonate soda (baking soda) |
