Disease Care  is an approach that attempts to eliminate symptoms without addressing why we have them. The aim of modern chiropractic is to find the cause of these symptoms and address that. In so doing the symptoms often fade away, just like adding oil to your car causes the symptom of the oil light to go off.  Chiropractic addresses spinal nerve stress, and its causes, as a primary cause of the many and varied symptoms we experience.

Chiropractic and the functioning of internal organs and glands: Through chiropractic care spinal nerve stress is reduced and the nervous system is once again able to gain effective control of the body. However, in some instances the organs and glands do not return automatically to normal functioning. The body behaves in a way that is analogous to your home's electrical system. In order to get the electrical current flowing in your home the circuit breaker needs to be reset. The process through which this is done is called Neuro-Energetic Repatterning (NER).
