NER can help you to adapt to life and its stresses - Most diseases, including cancer and heart disease, are stress related. Today, more than ever, the ability to adapt to stress is a crucial survival skill that enhances physical and psychological health, and supports patients in creating not just greater health, but also greater wealth, success, and happiness. Unresolved, stress accumulates to the point where even a minor stress can become the "straw that broke the camels back". To get well and stay well, it is important to be able to respond positively and pro-actively to the stresses of day to day life. Though NER you can identify your habitual, dysfunctional, and disease producing reactions and change them to positive, proactive, life enhancing and supporting responses. Emotions, belief systems, and traumatic memories are often linked together as "stress loops" due to the associational capabilities of your nervous system. In order to heal an illness or a behavioral pattern, the entirety of the stress loop must be uprooted in its wholeness. If it is not, the pieces you are attempting to release remain tied to the pieces that remain buried and unresolved and they become impossible to release. NER works to release the entirety of the stress look, so that you can heal. Proactive behavior can enhance the health of your immune system - A recent study showed that when people become proactive in a stressful situation, their immune system functioning is enhanced. When an individual fails to adapt to stress effectively, their immune function decreases. NER can help you to go from re-action to pro-action, and from dis-ease and distress to health and well being.
